HVAC System Inspection

Inspection and documentation of the HVAC system's condition and cleanliness are conducted by credentialed inspectors. The type of functional space the HVAC system serves is evaluated. Sources of moisture/contaminates are identified and corrected before duct/system cleaning commences to eliminate origin of problems.

HVAC System Cleaning Project Design, Testing and Management

The HVAC system inspection and evaluation results are integrated to design the scope of the project and define the cleaning methodology for the project.

Duct cleaning projects are designed and managed by our environmental professionals who are certified to do this work. HVAC cleaning contractor work is overseen , visually inspected, tested for effectiveness, and photo documented by Hygieneering, so clients know the work is done properly and completely.

Engineering controls are used to control and collect dirt from inside duct work and prevent its spread throughout the facility to ensure a duct cleaning project doesn't become a source of an indoor air quality problem
