Yes. If your laboratory employees use hazardous chemicals, you must develop and implement a written chemical hygiene plan to protect them.
This 8-hour program is designed for Laboratory Business Officers, Laboratory Inspectors, Lab Managers, Chemical Hygiene Officers, Laboratory Workers and Safety Professionals. The course will be taught by Dennis A. Terpin, PhD, O.H.S.T., EMT-P, Retired Senior Industrial Hygienist/ Emergency for the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dennis is a Certified Master Level Instructor for FEMA/Homeland Security at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) and has over 50 years of experience in the Occupational Safety and Health, Laboratory Safety and Emergency Management fields.
