Frank has been on the Hygieneering team since 2017. Before working on the compliance team, he was more focused on construction safety.
In 2017, Frank graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Geological Engineering. He then went on to work for a local sanitary district doing lake management. He worked with local stakeholders and regulators to maintain the lake. This included water sampling, operation of the dam, lake level monitoring, and invasive species management.
