Travis began his career with Hygieneering in May of 2014 after receiving his BS in Environmental Health and Safety from Illinois State University. The past 2 years, Travis has focused on his professional development, passing his ASP Exam in June 2019, the CSP Exam in February 2020, and most recently, the CIH Exam in May 2021. Currently, he is enrolled in graduate school at Montana Tech, earning his Masters in Industrial Hygiene and expected to be completed in August 2022. To Travis, “Hygieneering has given me great experience in the field to further develop my skills and knowledge in industrial hygiene and safety.”
Travis enjoys consulting because of the variety of industries he works with including construction, service, chemical, education, manufacturing, mining, aerospace, food, and healthcare. “One day you’re at a meat packing plant for noise, the next day you’re in a high-rise building doing indoor air quality assessments, and at the end of the week you’re boarding a flight to perform a welding study for a client on the east coast.”
Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, brewing beer, cooking, hiking, traveling, and now, getting married! At his wedding this month, Travis will be able to use his 16 years of experience playing drums to perform at his wedding alongside his two brothers on guitar. Congrats Travis!
